What are Essential Oils?
ESSENTIAL OILS are naturally occurring, volatile aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. Essential oils provide plants with protection against environmental threats and play a role in plant pollination. They are highly concentrated when distilled for purity, potency, and efficacy.
These oils have been used historically for thousands of years in eastern countries for food preparation, beauty treatment, and health-care practices.
SOURCING is a key factor in the Quality of the oils. To ensure the quality and potency of oils, indigenous locations with proper rainfall, sunshine, soil with proper mineral content and harvesting at the proper time is extremely important.

Essential Oil Safety
SAFETY when using Essential Oils is important! Because of their volatility, the oils tend to irritate the mucus membranes and people with sensitive skin (like our kiddos and some adults). Make sure to avoid your eyes and other sensitive areas. Diluting essential oils with a vegetable oil (like fractionated coconut oil, grape seed oil, etc...) will assist in reducing the irritation if you happen to accidentally get the oils in a sensitive area.
